Defence Housing Rationalisation Project - Land Matters is project managing and coordinating of the sale of surplus Defence houses for sale and removal. See more information here.

Western Bay of Plenty - Land Matters is providing project management and resource consent planning advice to the owners of a substantial land holding in the region. This includes the facilitation of consultation with major stakeholders.

Kapiti Coast District Council Plan Change 81 - Preparation and submission of a plan change application to Kapiti Coast District Council including preparation of evidence and coordination of expert witnesses.

Lease Negotiation - Land Matters has recently completed the negotiation of a new lease of a retail premises for a landlord and project managed the design and construction of the landlord works. This involved the sucessful liaison with exisitng tenants.

Feasibility - Land Matters are currently assisting a number of landowners whose land is affected by public works. This involves providing planning and engineering advice to assist with highest and best land valuation.

Horowhenua District - Land Matters are currently managing submissions on behalf of landowners in relation to District Plan reviews. We are also currently preparing an intergrated management plan for the subdivision of a 100 hectare coastal landholding. This includes review of potential ETS issues applicable to the exotic forest on the property.
