KAPITI COAST DISTRICT PLAN REVIEW

The Kapiti Coast District Council is currently undertaking a review of its District Plan and have released a number of consultation documents for community feedback. Land Matters were asked to prepare a submission on behalf of several of its clients outlining some concerns covered in these initial consultation documents. A copy of the submission is shown below.

Council are currently considering the feedback recieved and the next phase of the District Plan Review will go into further detail on the focus areas and further consultation. The Council discussion documents can been seen on their website here.
