PROJECT MANAGEMENT:


The Land Matters team can provide project management services to your project from conception right through to completion. This can involve the development of project management plans and charters, due diligence and land purchase, managing resource consents and construction, budgeting and cashflow reporting, requesting tenders for works, management of consultants, coordination with local and regional authorities and full project reporting. .

PUBLIC WORKS ACT RESEARCH AND ADVICE:


Is your land affected by a public works? If so, you are entitled to receive independent advice on how this will affect the future use of your property of which all reasonable costs must be paid for by the Crown acquiring entity. A fair and reasonable compensation settlement and package can comprise of the following:

Civil and subdivisional engineering is an important part of our business at Land Matters. Our engineering team will work with you to ensure solutions are cost effective and practical on the ground. EASEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND PLANS:


Land Matters have experience in the drafting of easement documentation and preparation of accompanying plans. These can be completed and uploaded directly to the Land Information New Zealand Landonline land title and survey information system.

 

SURVEYING - GPS SURVEY, LAND TRANSFER, TITLE and TOPOGRAPHICAL PLANS:


Land Matters can provide a number of survey services including topographical surveys, boundary definitions, plans including survey plans/drawings and site set-out. Land Matters’ survey team works with the latest in technology including 12D survey computer software and GPS systems, so that we can offer a range of services from general survey advice to the electronic drawing of plans and final licensed cadastral surveys. Staff are LINZ Landonline registered and can process survey and land information efficiently.
