These houses have not been used for several years and some have been used for army training purposes and are being sold as is where is - inspection of the houses is higly recommended. Intending purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the condition and items that are not included with the houses i.e. stoves, hot water cylinders, joinery etc. The information outlined below is indicitive only.

Free standing, built 1952. Timber to frame and floor. Concrete/clay tile roof, exterior cladding timber weather board. Single  bathroom. Single level on piles. Electric with wood burner (incomplete) and chip heater. Electric stove removed. House is incomplete, in need of extensive repair and is disused.
